Groups and Specialized Couple Support 

“Donor Family Matters” is a structured therapeutic support group designed to empower  self-identified women considering or undergoing donor conception (egg, sperm, embryo  donation) after infertility to build their family. This virtual group provides a supportive venue to: 

  • Explore thoughts and feelings related to donor conception, 

  • Obtain vital information and psychological support 

  • Actively challenge the stigma associated with donor conception 

  • Diminish feelings of isolation and shame 

  • Increase confidence in reproductive decision-making and sharing.  

  • Limited to 4-6 clients who should be able to attend all six sessions. Brief phone screening  is required. 

“Nurturing Partnerships into Parenthood” is a four-week virtual series for  expectant parents who want to proactively strengthen and protect their emotional  and relational well-being as they transition to parenthood. This course offers a  protected space for couples to: 

  • Explore parenting expectations, hopes, fears, and values 

  • Understand common changes to relationships, mood, and identity in  parenthood 

  • Learn evidence-based skills to support emotional well-being, navigate  relational conflicts, balance the new work load, and prioritize connection 

  • Create a foundation of trust and emotional security with their child by  understanding infant attachment

  • Brief phone screening with both partners is required to make sure series is a  good fit.
